Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alabama
Probable Cause definitions
Would ''complaints on traffic passing in front of peoples home'' be enough probable cause to issue search warrant?
With hopes of finding: meth lab, enough meth to arrest for intent to sell, and large amount of cash. One officer said to the other as searching my employee, ''He's suppose to have something on him'', but he didn't. After collecting guns, etc. and didn't find what they expected, returned everything to original location. An arrest was made, wasn't finger printed or picture wasn't taken. They read my journals, quizzing about the people in them.Is this legal?
