Re: Probation Violation

You can be rearrested on the probation violation, or notified of a court date for a probation revocation hearing. You are entitled to be advised in writing of the formal charges against you. At the revocation hearing, your suspended sentence can be revoked and you would have to serve it out. Legal representation is crucial at the stage, and you should contact a lawyer as soon as possible. 334 678 7780
