Public Intox - With-Out Testing?
I was taken into custody and charged with Public intoxication & Domestic Violence (Harrassment 3rd). They never read me my miranda and never did any field sobriety or B.A.C test, they never charged her with any assault( I had busted lip present), upon arriving at the jail I was placed into a holding cellfor 12 hours and never allowed a phone call.
Only by means of my family calling my residence did they know that I had been incarcerated and drove two hours to bail me out. I have court on the 13th of next month and am very anxious regarding this charge as I feel that my rights were violated. I do not have funds for an attorney and feel that with-out legal counsel or advice i may face the same type of treatment with-in the courts as I did that day!

Ask the judge for an appointed attorney and explain the situation to him. He should be able to do something.
