Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alabama
I got put on Drug Court for 18 months for Obtaining Drugs by Fraud. I have to go to counseling once a week and I am also on Color Code. I have never had a problem with drugs. I think it is an unfair decision. Is there anything I can do to get the charges dropped or lowered?

Yes, there is something you can do: show up and test clean every time you are supposed to. Most people are glad to be placed in Drug Court. You probably should be, too. Your guilty plea is conditional upon you completing the Drug Court program. If you do so successfully, your plea will be dropped and your case will be dismissed. That means you will have no criminal record, which is a very good thing.
