Re-presenting the same case

How many times can the same case be brought before the Grandy Jury and within what time frame? Can it be brought as it was the first time or is additional evidence required

Don't know of a limit on the State taking it back to the grand jury, but when it gets no-billed a couple of times, that should tell the State they have a weak case.
