The answer depends on a lot of factors. He only gets a court appointed lawyer if he is indigent. does he work or have any money? How old is your son? And then there are other factors such as where you are located and the amount of amphetamines that were found as well as other circumstances which occurred at the arrest. I will be happy to answer any questions if you will call me using the telephone number on my web site.
