What is the statute of limitations on a worthless check warrant.And after the time is up what do you do.Do you have to contact anybody to get the warrants removed.Or do they just go away.

Generally speaking, once a warrant is issued that tolls the statute of limitations. In other words if the statute of limitations was two years on a worthless check and thirty days before the statute of limitations runs out you get a warrant, until that warrant is resolved those last 30 days will never expire.
You should consider clearing the warrant, or you might be stopped for a minor traffic infraction and end up in jail (potentially).
