Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alabama
warrant
if someone was on probation for a
burglary charge and they didnt pay
their fines and there is a warrant out
for their arrest, do they have to serve
the whole three years that was the
original sentence? and if they dont
turn theirselves in, will it be worse for
them?

Re: warrant
it is very likely they will serve time, how much depends; should they turn themselves in, and someone come up with the money for fines, and fees, there is a possibility they could stay out, especially if they have a job, are drug clean, etc.
