Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alabama

What do you think I will get for 4 counts of third degree burglary? I've never had a record of any type, I just turned 18, three months ago. And I am cooperating and telling the truth on everything I took.

This is bad. Honesty is the best policy in life, but when you're dealing with the prosecutor, your honesty needs to come in exchange for something on his side. You should have gotten a lawyer as soon as you were arrested and said nothing. You can make a deal in exchange for not making him go to trial and prove your guilt without your cooperation, but if you give him all the proof he needs for free, where is his incentive to make you a deal?

Third degree burglary is a Class C felony, which gives you a minimum of 1 year in prison for each count. Four counts = four years.

You want to plead to something lesser, like criminal trespass, which is a misdemeanor, and has no minimum prison term, but can be anything less than one year. If you've already made some sort of confession to the police, well, GOOD LUCK.
