Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Alabama
Application
A applicant is suing our company because of discrimination. The applicant is a woman who said that we didn't hire her based on her sex. We pulled the application and it was submitted one week after closing date. What are we to do?

You should respond to the complaint in a timely fashion (this varies... but is critical, so find out NOW). Your response should be prepared by an attorney and will almost certainly need to include the assertion that the application was submitted after the position closing date.
