durable power of attorney
If a POA was not signed by the person it was for and they were under duress due to illness and did not understand what they were signing. How long does a person have to take the author of the POA to court for making a fraud document and have it corrected to protect the elderly persons?

Re: durable power of attorney
If they power-of-attorney was not signed then it is not effective until document has been signed. I suppose if someone is trying to use the unsigned power of attorney you could take steps immediately to stop anyone from recognizing validity of the power of Attorney. If you need my assistance in this matter are any other state matter please e-mail me your phone number and a time to call you.
