PS Of course this inquiry also brings to mind a lawyer joke, where the potential client asks the accountant what is 2+2 and the acctant answered, that is easy, everyone knows it is 4.
Then the engineer answered, taking out his slide rule and answered, well, it is some minute decimal point amount over the number 4, 4.000000000001
Finally, the client went to ask his attorney. The lawyer got up and pulled the window shade down and closed the door, and ask the client, "what do you what it to be?"
