You may wish to contact the Alabama State Bar and seek an attorney in DeKalb County, AL for this issue. You may recall the Casey Kasem case recently where the stepmother was keeping Casey from his children and the children had to go to Court. Ask for a family law attorney in DeKalb County (Ft. Payne). (The Judge ordered that the wife disclose where Casey was)
