I am not certain I understand your question or your role in the situation. If this is a divorce action and you are the defendant, you might contact the local VA liaisons to ask about local lawyers who might be willing to represent you for a modest fee. I have to tell you though, if one party wants the divorce, it will happen. You are only wasting time and money fighting it. If I have not answered your question please repost and maybe someone else can provide a better answer.
