Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

I am 48 years old. I was married to a woman for 9 years and divorced her. I later remarried her for another 10 years. During this period she was awarded SSI in Alabama. She is a drunk, spent all my hard earned money on alcohol and drugs (pot, valums, xanax, and all sorts of pain pills). Throughout our marriage I placed her in several rehab centers to get her together, nothing worked. I was an over the road truck driver most of our marriage. My family and friends told me on several ocassions that she was seeing others behind my back. I need advice on what to do. She states that she will not sign the papers and is going after me for alimony. Please Help!

Get ready for a contested divorce. Don't try to do something like this by yourself. Get a lawyer and get ready for a fight.
