My sons biological father has nothing to do with him and rarly pays child support . How can I get sole custody and take away all his parental right? Can I release him as the father and have my current husband adopt my son?

Yes you can do this, but it should be for the right reasons and not to spite your ex husband and biological father of the child. It should be because your husband wishes to be the father and your son sees and acknowledges him as his father.
