Adultorous wife

My wife had several affairs while we were together. She is suing me for divorce. She wants the house and everything in it. Her mother is driving this divorce. I have two video tapes of my wife having GRAPHIC sex with one of her lovers. SHE shot the tape and I found it in an old video camera. The tape shows her starting and turning off the camera and all of the nasty things they did. There is a time identifier on the tape so there is no question when it was shot. Can I get the house and have her and her mother thrown out on grounds of adultery? She also took thousands of $$$ of hard drives from her former employer and could go to prison. Can this be used as leverage? I have had a hatchet job done on me by these two women. Please advise.

It would appear you have some good grounds for divorce. More than anything, you need to decide if divorce is what you want and what property settlement you want. Do you want custody? How much equity is in the house? Has she contributed with her income to the house? But you do have a good case and leverage to get a settlement in your favor.
