Advise about my divorce
I'm being divorce for almost 2 years, and I have a Child from that marriage. I got custody of our child.
I have a boyfriend now and we planning to move together. My question is. It is legal for me to move with my daughter with my boyfriend? I just want to know what is the law in alabama. Please answer me back, and thank you.

There is not a law to prohibit you from moving in with the boyfriend, but your divorce decree probably prohibits it. It would certainly give your ex a basis for taking you back to court to fight for custody. In your custody order, you are probably prohibited from having overnight guests of the opposite sex or from cohabitating with a man unless you are married to him. Go back and look at your divorce papers, and see how the issue is addressed.
