How can the children secure the fiancial assets of a father when a younger woman is has turned him away from his grown children? His children want to secure his fancial future that he accumulated with our mother but he is getting advice of leaving his assests alone. If he remarries do the children lose the assets that were our mother's that was meant to handed down to the children?

Re: aging father when mother dies
What belongs to your father is your father's. Property that belonged to your mother could've been handed down to the children through a will. If she died intestate, some of her assets might have been reachable by the children depending on the size of her estate.
