agreement vs. final judgement different

Why would the final judgement from the judge be different from the divorce agreement. The concern is about custody. The agreement says joint custody and the final judgement says wife has full custody. There wasn't any notification of the change in the agreement. What would be the reason it would change.

could just be an error; go to your lawyer and get it corrected immediately
