alabama compliance hearing laws

my x was ordered to pay me $ in 2003 in our div order. Is it too late fro me to file a motion for a compliance hearing pro se? A rule nisi will cost 300-800.

You can file it pro se, but I would encourage you to get an attorney to file it for you. The cost for a rule nisi is usually much lower than the cost of a divorce because the issues are much more restricted. I would suggest you get an attorney to look into it and handle it for you, so that you protect all of your rights.

Also, it is common for judges to award attorney's fees in a rule nisi action. Therefore, there is a good chance that you will be able to get back the money you are spending on the attorney.
