Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama
The alleged father is paying child support for a child that is possibly not his. We took a test at court but didn't get the result. I payed for a private test in which the resuts showed that he was not the father. What do I need to do from here?

You need to petition the court to overturn the award of child support. There are a lot of facts you left out; was father married to mother when the child was born? Why didn't you "get the result" what were you in court for? Go see an attorney, you may or may not be able to overturn this, depending on the facts.
