anullment versus divorce?

Married Young--haven't seen Spouse in over 10 yrs--and no know whereabouts--2 kids living with paternal grandparents and of legal age. Can Marriage be Anulled or does Divorce have to be Filed?

Annulment could be an option if you were a minor without parental consent, if the marriage was induced by fraud, or if it did not meet the legal requirement of obtaining a marriage license. Otherwise, looks like you will have to get a divorce by publication, which is fairly simple (file for divorce and obtain service by publication in a newspaper).
