In divorce and family law this is not unsual to feel this way. You need to sit down and talk with your attorney and express specifically issues that you have that make you feel your attorney is not representing your best interest and be able to articulate what you want your attorney to do. Tell them what you want and get them to respond to you as to why that is not going to happen and what prevents it from occurring. Then if you feel the same way, you can always go pay for another attorney. But as far as suing your attorney, unless you've got damages that you can prove, then you probably have no recourse but to change attorney.
