Automatic Divorce

If you been living separated from your spouse for X amount of years and you pay child support on your children plus health care and other, will that grant you a automatic divorce in the state of Alabama?

There is no such thing as an "automatic divorce". You must have residency requirements or this was your last marital residence. Then child support will be calculated based on the guidelines under your income. But you must file as with any other divorce. You do have an absolute right to a divorce even if it is contested.
