my mother in law had ''temporary custody papers'' wrote up and i signed them, then she let my mother have custody of my son, long situation, but my mother now has custody, and has for 6 years, she wont let me see my son, and i really want to see him, i love him and miss him, is there anything i can do to be able to see him again

Unless the "temporary custody papers" were from a legal court, and not just a signed document, the custody is only valid for one year. What you need to do is go to your juvenile court and file papers for custody of your child. Your mother has no documentation as to custody and is withholding the child unlawfully. There is a lot involved here and you should try to talk direct to a lawyer if at all possible.
