There are a lot of factors involved. As to the case between the ex and your wife, no you do not have a right - but she has a right to disspell accusations and you can testify as a witness or have witnesses called by her to defend your character. But it requires more than I have written here. The best thing is for both of you to talk to her lawyer and devise a strategy.
