hay my name is--name removed--i have three childrensbut dhr said omly the oldest one is mines for about eight years their mother failed the drug screen she dont have custodey but they wount let me get them an they wount me to pay child support fortwo of them ifill its wrong wemons on crack should support their on habbit an i should have my kids

If you want custody, you should ask DHR about filing a petition for dependency in that the children are not adequately being taken care of. If you do not want the children and do not want to pay child support because you think they might not be yours, you need to file a petition with the court for a DNA test.
