child custody law

my daughers father has recently been released from prison for the second time, this time for eight years, for cocaine trafficking. silnce he has been out he has taken my daughter to a bootleg house, a gambling house, and has slapped her, and threatened her. I will not let her alone with him for long periods of time and now he has filed for joint custody. What are his chances?

next none chances if you have a clean nose. He has to show a change in circumstances since the last award of custody that would be so much better that it would offset any disruption inherent in a change.
