Child

How old dose a child need to be to ask the Judge to allow them to live with the parent of choice ?

The child is with the father in Al. and wishes to move to Tn. to live with the mother.

There is no "set" age. Judges differ. It depends on the maturity level of the child and what's in the child's best interest.
