Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

Wheres my child?

i found my wife in my living room cheating on me with another man. i saw them but they didnt see me. i didnt say anything until the next morning and she was kind of freaked out that i knew about it and saw. of course she denied it at first. i asked when she planned on leaving the house and she didnt say. i asked that as i was walking into work. i got off of work early and come home and her stuff was gone and so was my childs. as far as of now, its only been 3 days, but i still dont know where shes at. my child hasnt been to daycare,she quit her job,she has no family in town and no cell phone. theres no way of contacting her because we dont know where she is at.she hasnt called anyone.when does this become parental kidnapping or does it? or ,because of me being male, theres no way of me getting me child back? i just dont see this as being fair. we're both good parents without question. i tried keeping it short, hopefully your reply can help,,,also, we're in the state of alabama so..laws may be different here.
