child guardianship

i voluntarily signed over guardianship of my daughter to my father and step-mother 3 years ago, how do I get her back?

It is hard to know what you mean by 'signed over guardianship'. In Texas, only a court order can establish conservatorship of a child. Get a lawyer to review your situation.
