child guardianship

i voluntarily signed over guardianship of my daughter to my father and step-mother (so that she could stay in her school district) 3 years ago, how do i get her back if they are refusing to give her back to me

Guardianship is not custody. Hire a lawyer to get a temporary restraining order to prevent them from interfering with your parental rights. Good Luck.
