how can i stop my ex wife from moving my 2 yr son out of state

You need to file a petition in the court where you got your divorce opposing the relocation. Under Alabama's relocation act, your ex is required to give you a 60 day notice of intent to relocate. It is your duty thereafter to file a suit to prevent the relocation and to give a basis why it is not in the best interest of the child.
