child support

My brother has been divorced for 5 years. He had question about his children being his biological children and had all three of them DNA tested, as it turnes out only one of the three are his. he has been paying child support for all three of them. can he have is support adjusted? and can the ex wife be responsible for paying back the money or the legal fees to have the support adjusted?

Re: child support

If the children were born during the marriage, he is the legal father and obligated to pay child support. The only way around it would be to discover who the legal father is and then petition for a modification. The State of Alabama does not bastardize a child and will not make a child fatherless.
