child support

How can i make my ex husband pay child support while we are in a custody case. We were divorced 3 years ago. 1 yr ago he filed to change visitation and redo child support. He is 12000 behind in pmts.

I would think that you have a lawyer for the custody case and that lawyer should be able to answer your question. But unless there is a stay in effect, the child support order continues in effect and is due to be paid. Failure to do so would be contempt of that order and should be added to the custody case.
