Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

Child support and 1/2 medical not covered by insurance

My exhusband was ordered to pay half of all medical expenses not covered by insurance. He has not. He was also ordered back in March to pay $577 per month for child support, plus an extra $350 for the back child support owed, (back in March, his arrrearage was over $15,000). There was an income withholding order sent to his employer in May due to his lawyer not sending it before then, but nothing has happened yet. Will I need an attorney to take this back to court? I really can't afford one. Is there some way I can do this myself? What forms would I need to take this back to court? Could I take his employer to court for not paying the amount from the IWO?

Was the income withholding order sent in May 2007? If so, I would advise waiting a little longer to see if the employer has the paperwork in process. What don't you give them a call to find out?
