Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

i HAD A CHILD OUT OF WEDLOCK HE DOESNT PAY CHILD SUPPORT AND DOESNT HAVE ANY CUSTODY ARRANGMENTS. I PLAN ON LEAVING ALABAMA TO MOVE TO FLORIDA AND HE SAYS HE WILL CHARGE ME WITH KIDNAPPING. BUT I AM THE BIOLOGICAL MOTHER AND FULL PROVIDER

If I understnad what you are telling me you are the mother of the child. Has he ever been adjudicated the father of the child by a court? If not, he has no rights to the child. You can't kidnap your own child.

If he has not been found to be the legal father of the child, then he has no rights. He would have to go to court and be found the legal father before he would have any grounds. Move.
