How old does a child have to be to not go visit the other parent if she does not want to? Also if I have a wage w/hholding order through the courts and he is not paying on time or all the amount every month what can I do? I do not have the $ to go back to court.

The answer to your first question is that there is no specific age. The answer to your second question is that you can swear out a warrant through your county district attorney, or you can also (alternatively) ask DHR to take your case.
