childs birth cert.

how do i get on my childs birth cert. with out going to that state

YOU DON'T. That is because you have to file a petition for paternity, which means a paternity test will have to be administered. Then paternity can be declared after the test shows you are the Father and you can request the re-issue of a birth certificate. Plus....child support will be ordered along with visitation. You can hire an attorney to appear on your behalf, you might be able to make an appearance by telephone. Either way, you'll have to file a petition to establish paternity. You obviously don't have to come here to merely file a petition. You will have to attend the hearing, however, one way or another.
