How to collect Judgements awarded

I was divorced in 2000. Ex failed to pay as outlined in decree. Had to take him back to court last year. Court ordered him to 3 days in jail for harrassement and could be released then only with payment of $10,632 in CS arrearage. The Judge also awarded me (in the form of a judgement) $15,000 (ie legal fees, medical, extracurricular etc.) I have filed with the court house and placed a lien on his home and land. Is there ANY other way I can collect the judgement monies? (ie - wage garnishment -small claims, etc??)

If he is employed, you should have gotten a withholding order.
