How to collet house payments from Ex spouse & new wife
can you add a house note from a divorce to the note of the ex spouse and his new wife and their new house.
my spouse has not made the house payments and he recently remarried and built a new home in the new wife's name.How can i find out

A "note" is something done by a bank, and in the bank's discretion . You cannot force a bank to loan your ex money..or add your house note to his note. If your ex was ordered to pay the house payments, and he is not doing it, you would need to hire an attorney, file a petition for rule nisi, and let the judge take care of your ex (he will ...)
