what if there was proof of joint checking account,and that was all,i filed single and head of household since 1999 and now she is claiming common law due to joint checking account,is this common law

A joint account alone would probably not be enough to establish a common law marriage. You must have acted like a married couple. Buying things together, introducing each other as husband and wife, joint accounts, joint tax returns, etc. These are all examples of evidence to show a common law marriage. One joint checking account without more would probably not be enough.
