Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama
Can a company be liable for a separation/divorce of an employee that used the company property as a mean to commit infidelity?

No. If by your question you mean that the employee was using a location on company property to engage in an affair, that is not your company's responsibility. If someone has sued you on that basis or is threatening a lawsuit, I would suggest that you go see an attorney right away so that you can put a stop to it right away. If you are the person wanting to sue a company over something like this, I would suggest that your time and money would be better spent going after the person unfaithful spouse than against a company where he or she worked.
In either event, go see a lawyer to get a more detailed explanation of the situation. A one-sentence explanation in an internet forum is not enough information to provide a meaningful legal consultation, and my answer about there being no liability is based on assumptions that may not actually exist. Go consult with a lawyer to get a more clear understanding of your situation.
