when does court order change

I recently was cranted a divorce in montgomery,alabama. I was given everyother weekend visitation with my 3 year old son. Court order says i have to pick my son up at his mothers house. She just moved to ozark and i am in birmingham. Is the court order says to ppick him up in ozerk now or does it still stay in montgomery where the order was issued

The bigger question is did she give you proper notice of her move as required under the relocation act. To do that, she has to send you her address, telephone number, etc. up to 60 days before she moves to give you an opportunity to object. If she did not, then you can file against her and modify where you pick up the child.
