Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

i was court ordered in march 2010 to surrender my vehicle to my ex-wife.since then the vehicle is used on a daily basis by her.remains uninsured and still in my name.can i get the vehicle back since its almost been a year and she has not had the vehicle changed to her name and insured? she was court ordered to put the vehicle in her name

No you go back to court and file contempt charges and let the court handle the issue.
