Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

Criminal actions during Divorce Hearing

I have evidence that would prove my ex-wife committed perjury during our Divorce hearing. She also submitted an altered electronic document which I testified in Court had been altered, but the Judge allowed in to evidence anyway. She also forged my signature on a $17,700 loan check and in the Divorce order was just ordered to continue repaying the debt (which still reports against my credit).

I contacted the Head of our White Collar Crimes Division to file charges and was told that these may not be considered crimes because they occured against a spouse. Is this true? What are my options for relieving my name of a debt that I did not recieve benefits from? What can I do about the altered document and perjury?
