Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

custody

I have a set of twins by a young lady in Alabama she works swing shifts and cant be with them all of the time i get them 4 months out of am year i pay her 500-612 a month and she still wants me to buy clothes and send her child support when i have them my question is what can i do to get custody she has 5 kids and one lives with his father she has to pay child support for him she just bought a big house and Suv she works at the honda plant in Alabama she receives a spousal check,she gets a child support check for her other son,she receives a check for her daughter and my check but she,s always asking for extra money.i don't think my kids get anything i hate to think that i'm partly paying for her life style i need to know what to do

Any custody suit that you would file would need to be done in Alabama and only after having consulted with an attorney who practices in the Alabama jurisdiction where the children reside with their mother and who is conversant with the domestic relations laws of that state.

Unfortunately, however, based upon the information which you've provided in your question, I would have to seriously doubt your chances of winning full custody of these children.
