My seventeen year old filed to be amansapaded . She now wants to drop the case and let her attorney go . she was in a terrible car wreck and missedalmost two months of school.

What is your question?

If your daughter wants to drop the case it is up to her. She has the right to drop her case.

If this is what she wants then she should talk to her attorney.

All she has to do is go to her attorney and have him file a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal and the case will end.
