Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

I have a daughter age 29 who lives in Tennessee she has a 31/2 month old child, the fathers name is not on the birth certificate can she legally move back to Alabama and bring the child without the fathers consent

Is there any court order which establishes paternity in the name of the person you have called the father? Were the two of them married when the child was born? You must look for an order in the Tenn. court where the child lives to answer this question, If there is nothing ordering paternity established in the name of the father, she can go whereever and when-ever she wants. This is, however, a Tenn. question.
